Yoga Karne ke samany niyam :-

Yog saadhaaran kasarat se bahut hee alag hota hai. Yogaasan ko kasarat ya vyaayaam kahana galat hai, kyonki yog ka mukhy uddeshy maansapeshiyon ko majaboot karana nahin hota hai, balki isaka uddeshy tanaav aur any shaareerik samasyaon aadi ko door karana hota hai. yog karane ke lie aapako aatmavishvaas aur isake saath hee kuchh niyam aur anushaasan ka nirantar paalan karane kee aavashyakata hotee hai. abhyaas ko jaaree bhee rakhana aavashyak hota hai.
yogaasan karane se pahale ye jaanana jaruree hota hai ki yog kya hota hai aur ise karane ke lie kya-kya saavadhaaniyaan baratanee chaahie. yog abhyaas ka ek praacheen roop hai. ise karane se shareer kee taakat aur shvaas kendrit hote hai jo ki shaareerik aur maanasik svaasthy ko badha dete hain.
yog ke do mukhy ghatak hote hain- aasan aur shvaas. bhaarat mein yog 5000 saal pahale shuroo hua tha aur ab duniya ke lagabhag saare desh ise apanaane lage hain. yog aajakal helth-klabs, skools, hospitals aadi sthaanon par hone laga hai. yog ke niyam aur shishtaachaar ka paalan karake aap yog abhyaas ko sukhad aur aanandamay bana sakate hain. agar hamen yog karane ke lie niyam aur chhotee chhotee saavadhaaniyon ka pata nahin hoga, to aapake svaasthy ko laabh ke bajaay nukasaan bhee ho sakata hai. aaie jaanate hain rulais of yog in hindi.

Samay Nirdhaarit Karen

yog karane ke lie jaruree hota hai ki aap ek nishchit samay chun len aur rozaana usee samay yog karen. aap subah jaldee uthakar, dopahar mein bhojan khaane se pahale ya phir shaam mein yog kar sakate hain. aamataur par subah ke samay yog karana bahut hee achchha maana jaata hai, kyonki us samay aap aur aapake aasapaas ka vaataavaran shaant hota hai aur subah ke samay aapakee oorja-shakti bhee jyaada hotee hai. isalie, subah yog karane se pure din vaisee hee oorja banee rahatee hai aur aapako dinabhar sakriy rakhatee hai.

Sahi sthaan ka chayankare

agar aapaka khud ka ghar mein alag se kamara hai to aap vah yog kar sakate hain aur agar aisa nahin hai, to aap apane ghar ka koee bhee saaf aur shaant sthaan chun len, jahaan aap paryaapt jagah ho aur aap vahaan apanee yog-chataee bichha kar yog kar sake. yaad rahe ki vah sthaan havaadaar ho aur svachchh ho. dhyaan rakhen ki kabhee bhee yog pharsh ya zameen par na karen. hamesha chataee ya svachchh kapade ko zameen par bichha kar us par baith kar yog karen. agar aap yog subah karate hain to chehara poorv ya uttar disha kee taraph rakhe aur shaam ko yog karate samay pashchim ya dakshin disha kee taraph chehara karake yog karen.
khaalee pet yog karen
kabhee bhee yog-aasan khaane ke baad turant baad na karen. aisa karana bahut hee nukasaan-daayak saabit ho sakata hai. yog subah khaalee pet karen. agar subah aapake paas samay nahin hota hai yog karane ka, to din mein aap khaana khaane ke 2 se 3 ghante baad yog kar sakate hain. vajraasan hee ek aisa aasan hai, jise khaana khaane ke turant baad karana chaahie, kyonki yah aasan aapake paachan tantr ko vyavasthit rakhane mein madad karata hai.

kapado ka chunaav

yah dhyaan rakhe kee kabhee bhee yog karate samay tang kapade na pahane, kyonki aise kapade pahanane se aap yog-aasan achchhe se aur der tak nahin kar paenge. dheele aur aaraamadaayee kapade pahanakar yog karen. isake alaava aapane agar gale, haath, pair mein  gahane aur aabhooshan pahane hue hain, to yog karane se pahale use bhee nikaal kar rakh den. yog karane se pahale bhaaree mek-ap se bachen.

shaant rahen

yog hamesha akele ya kisee shaant sthaan par karen. dhyaan rahe ki yog karate samay kisee se baat-cheet na karen aur fon ya mobail ko apane saath na rakhe. isase dhyaan bhrasht hota hai aur aap ekaagrata se yog nahin kar paate hain, jisase achchhe parinaam jald nahin mil paate hain.
mahilaayon ke lie
mahilaon ko unake maasik dharm ke dauraan yog nahin karana chaahie, kyoonki is avadhi mein garbhaashay guha khula rahata hai aur rakt-straav kee prakriya jaaree rahatee hai. atah is dauraan yog karane se rakt-straav sambandhee gambheer samasyaen ho sakatee hain.
isake alaava, agar koee mahila garbhavatee hai, use garbhaavastha ke dauraan yog nahin karana chaahie. garbhaavastha ke 3 maheene baad yog ke kuchh saral aasan kiye ja sakate hain. lekin, aisee sthiti mein yog karane se pahale yog-prashikshak se jaroor paraamarsh len.

sanyam baraten

jab log pahale baar yog seekhate hain, to aksar unake man mein yah khyaal aata hai ki agar main jaldee jaldee yog karoonga to utana hee jaldee mujhe isaka phaayada milega. yah ek galat soch hai. vyakti ko yog karate samay sanyam aur dheeraj rakhana chaahie, kyonki har vyakti kee kshamata alag alag hotee hai, aur usake hee hisaab se vah yog kar paata hai. isalie agar sanyam ke saath aap yog seekhenge aur karenge, to aapako aur bhee naee tarah kee yog- mudraen sikhane milengee, jisase aapako sakaaraatmak parinaam dekhane ko milenge.

shvaas ka rakhe khyaal

shvaash yog ka utana hee mahatvapoorn ghatak hai jitana ki yog ke aasan. shvaas kee prakriya ko niyantrit kiye bina ke yog-aasan karana adhoora hai. yog-aasan karate samay kabhee bhee munh se shvaas na len. munh se shvaas lena bahut hee haanikaarak ho sakata hai. isalie hamesha yog karate samay shvaash naak ke maadhyam se hee len. yog-prashikshak se jaanakaaree lekar yog-aasan karate samay niyam ke anusaar hee shvaash lete aur chhodate rahen. dhyaan rahe, yog-aasan karate samay kabhee bhee shvaash kee prakriya ko na roken.
