Jo koi bhi dhyan ko pahali baar kar raha hai vo ye saral sujhav ko apana kar gahare dhyan me utar sakta hai.
1.Ek uchchit stan or samay ka chayan kijiye.
2.Dhyan karne se pahale apane pet ko halka rakhe kyoki agar aapne adhik bojan kar liya to aapko need aa jayegi or aap dhyan nhi laga paoge.
3.Halke vyayam or kuch gahari sanso ke saath arambh kare.
4.Dhyan karte samay apane chehare par manohar mushkaan jarur rakhe taki isaka aapke man ke upar positiv effect padta hai.

1.Apane ghar par ek svasth sthan ka chayan kare.Aap chahe to lunch ke doran apani office me kurchi par bethkar bhi dhyan kar sakate hai.
2.Dhyan de ki aapke dhyan ke sthan par koi orya aap dhyan ke alava koi or kaam naa kare.
3.Apke dhyan ke sthan par sadharn prkaash ho or hava ka prvaah bhi normal ho or shorgul bilkul bhi naa ho.
4.Aap akele dhyan bhi kar sakate hai par agar aap suruaat me samuhik dhyan karenge to achchaa hoga.
5.Dhyan partidin ek hi samay karne par yah abhash me badal jata hai.Subah ke samay dhyan ke liye bahut hi achcha hai.
6.Suruaat me 20-25 minit tak dhyan karna sahi rahata hai.suruaat me jyada dhyaan nhi kare or apane paas ek timer jarur rakhe.
