Sthir asan:- Ve aasan jisaka abhyas me sharir par bahut hi kam lod padta ho ya sharir shakti bahut kam lagti ho or stir avasthaa me ho.
Aaiye apane sharir ko svasthay rakhane ke liye in sadharan aasno ke baare me jante hai.
Svastikasan /स्वस्तिकासन
Sthati :- Svasth kapde par per filakar baithe.
Vidhi :-Baye per ko ghutane se modkardahine jangha or pindali(chelf,ghutane ke niche ki jagah)or is prkaar baithe ki ki baye per ka tal chip jayeusake baad dahine per ke ke panje or tal kobaye paer ke neeche se sthapit karne se jhangh or pindali ke madhy sthapit karne se svasthik ban jata hai.Dhyan mudra me baithe or ridh(spine)sidhi kar
svash khinskaryathaa shkti roke.Isi prkriya ko paer badlkar bhi kare.
Labh :- 1.Pero ka dard or pashina aane ki problem dur hoti hai.
2.Pero ka garm ya dhandapan door hota hai.
